Restorative PRACTICES TRAINING AND implementation

Restorative Practices Training and Coaching That Work—Because We’ve Been There

At CSC, we’ve spent our careers in schools—not just talking about change, but leading it. We partner with district and school leaders to train staff, support implementation through coaching, and embed Restorative Practices into systems that strengthen school culture, align with PBIS and behavior response systems, and drive districtwide impact.

WHAT WE DO

At Collaborative School Culture (CSC), we partner with schools and districts to build sustainable, relational systems through high-quality Restorative Practices (RP) training, coaching, and implementation support.

Our mission is to help staff, students, and families build a culture of trust, accountability, and connection—where everyone takes ownership of their relationships and growth.

We bring decades of experience working in a wide range of school types and settings. Our approach is grounded in research, shaped by real school experience, and tailored to your district’s unique needs.
